Tuesday & Thursday Evenings, March 7th – March 30th


LEVEL 1 (6 mo-3 years)

TU/TH 5:30 – 6 p.m.

Level 1 introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatics environment. A parent or guardian must be in the water with participant

LEVEL 2 (3-5 years)

TU/TH 6 – 6:30 p.m.

Level 2 increases comfort with underwater exploration and introduces basic self-rescue skills, while also encouraging forward movement in water.

LEVEL 3 (5-9 years)

TU/TH 6:40 – 7:20 p.m.

Level 3 introduces basic stroke techniques and reinforces water safety and self-rescue skills performed at longer distances.

LEVEL 4 (9+ years)

TU/TH 7:20 – 8 p.m.

Level 4 refines stroke techniques on all major competitive strokes and encourages swimming as part of a healthy lifestyle.


Swim Lessons
